Signature Stylist / Lead Stylist

At JCo Salon, we believe beauty is both an art and an experience. Our team is dedicated to delivering elevated, personalized services in a professional and creative environment. We are looking for a talented, licensed stylist to join our team, someone who is passionate about their craft, focused on client care, and excited to grow in a supportive, education-driven salon.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, styling, and specialty services
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and ensure satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge
- Support salon retail and service goals
- Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Active NC Cosmetology License
- 1+ years behind the chair preferred (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication skills and a growth-oriented attitude

At JCo Salon, we believe exceptional service starts the moment a guest walks through the door. Located in the heart of Fayetteville’s Haymount District, our salon is known for its elevated experience, passionate team, and unwavering commitment to excellence. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a polished, personable, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Guest Services professional to be the face of our salon.
Position Summary
This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest. The position supports both front-of-house operations and the stylist team by managing scheduling, communication, and daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, upbeat, professional, and able to multitask with grace.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling and guest communication
- Support opening and closing duties, inventory support, and daily reporting
- Uphold the brand image and professional standards of JCo Salon
Qualifications
- 1+ years of receptionist, customer service, or front desk experience (salon or spa environment preferred)
- Familiarity with appointment booking software and POS systems (experience with Boulevard is a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Friendly, polished, and confident demeanor with a guest-first mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- High school diploma or equivalent required
